1. Geographical Location
Dongkeng, which is located at the center of Dongguan City of Guangdong Province, is situated on the golden economic corridor between Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. It is a well-known prosperous town in Guangdong with an area of 27.5 kilometers. The office of local government is just 20 kilometers away from the downtown area. It borders on Liaobu Town in the east; Dalang Town in the south; Changping Town in the west; and Hengli Town, Chashan Town in the north. The landform is made up with plain and hilly land.

Dongkeng Town gets a sound transportation network linking with the most developed areas of Pearl River Delta.
